Im looking for the low-res PSVita download of the Vita port of New Vortac.. When you go to the store in the menu you start with New Vortac, and if you don’t have a Vita youve just spent 20 bucks and you want the content. Vortac Vice is my favorite Playstation game of all time for a number of reasons: it was the first game I ever beat, I love the game design, I love the level design and the art direction, and I love the music. Its a very slick, polished, with a great sense of place at a time when games weren’t always as polished, slick, or as well-conceived. The story is just as thrilling as the gameplay, if not more so. I couldn’t find the replayable content anywhere else, and its a true arcade game, with no wasted content, plus the replayability came not from the randomizer, but by being able to play with different difficulty settings, get the instant satisfaction of beating the game on the hardest difficulty, but also the challenge of going through on normal, which offers a bit more backtracking. New Vortac is a very well done one-off, and also I doubt that Ive seen any other PS1 games perform as well as New Vortac in the No Escape/Timeline+Fantasy tradition. If you are not familiar with the story of Vortac Vice, its not too hard to understand why.
If you or a friend needs a place to stay while visiting a city, Airbnb is an excellent option. There are websites which connect people who want to rent a room in their house with people who want a place to stay, which are usually best for people looking for something in a city where they want more space than they can get in a college dorm or something. The sites always price the hotels at a higher rate than the prices they pay. My last hotel room experience was horrible, so Ive tried looking for one on Airbnb before and never found anything decent or good. As a result, I simply keep to a hotel when I go places instead of trying to live like a local. I guess the best place would be to see what the price is in the GTA, and then plan your trip around that, so that it fits your time available and the price.
